I am genuinely surprised to read some negative comments about Keep Pedalling!? I live in London and found out about this wonderful shop based upon online reviews and a tip off from Charlie The Bikemonger. These folks are experts in their field and not a shiny corporate bike company. Independent businesses dont survive by being naff! Ive been to them for a few wheels and specifically for two Rohloff wheel builds which dont come cheap. The fact that they are a Rohloff service centre shouts out their excellence as this is a very technical and expensive niche! They have my business for the indefinite future! Furthermore, both Rich and Shona are lovely people and a pleasure to talk to! Im raising my wine glass to you both and, dont worry, Ill pour myself another two for you in your absence!
Knowledgeable and helpful staff who know about bikes and how to get all over the world on bikes. Also, they have a lovely dog!
The quality of the customer service you receive here, really depends on who you speak to. Whenever its the guy (as opposed to the lovely woman) who works there serves me, I only get sarcastic and insulting responses to my queries, even when I'm telling him I'm going to buy something! There's really no need to be like that! Try being nice one in a while, you might be happier, and get more customers!Other than that, the shop and its services are great
Great shop, great service, stock is just right, nice people and Olive the Border Terrier, you can't go wrong here.Some people simply live to moan about the slightest thing when behind a keyboard, try Keep Peddling and make your own mind up.
