Recently purchased a VW Golf from this garage, the staff from start to finish were impeccable and I felt as if it was a small unit doing low volume from the amount of time staff could spend with me, this isn't the case they are a large garage with a professional team, I had some very minor teething issues with my new car which could not have been for seen by the garage, in this event they fully compensated me and stuck to their warranty terms, all in all I would travel the 250 miles I did just to buy from them again!
We bought a car from Hilton Garage in the summer and the service was excellent; they offered us a fair price for our trade-in car, and the price of the car we bought was very competitive. Then recently when there was a slight problem with the car, they were very quick to help resolve things and I can't fault them for their terrific service. Will definitely buy from them again, despite living 150 miles away!!
This is one of the best places to buy a car, no hard selling and staff very helpful. Any issues I Found they sorted at no extra cost. Had to take the car back and another car was provided while my car was repaired. Plus they did a really good repair job. I am a really happy customer.

Great selection of cars, and the sales staff were friendly and not pushy. They let you go out on your own for a test drive, which is nice. We had a minor issue with the car shortly after collecting it, but they were very helpful and covered the cost - very good after sales service. Would definitely recommend.
