I don't dislike it
Daughter was on neurobehavioural ward very unwell. The nurses were absolutely brilliant. Competent and professional yet caring. They treated our daughter with patience dignity and maintained her right to family life at all times.
Spoke to one of the nurses on the phone And she was great Really easy to get on with
I went for a bit but the councillor was horrible and when i was worse because of her she tryed to force me in to a ward against my will.No one can believe that this councillor is still working at nsm but she is according to the ceoAnd the ceo and manager likes this kind of action to happen.Why i put it here harplands help nsm to do this
Had a appointment with an access team nurse (Teri Ann). She was very kind,helpful and understanding. She had previously done a thorough 1hr assessment on me over the phone prior to making me the appointment at the hospital. She then saw me just two days later and listened to all my concerns without judgement and then offered me clear advice on what were the best options for me regarding my mental health treatment.
