The staff here were incredible. After what had turned into the day from hell due to our car needing to go into the local Kia whilst on our way over to Holland we last minute managed to get a car from them. They were so friendly and offered me a sweet as I felt light headed and sick (probably alot to do with stress). It was so nice that this part of the day was not an additional stress but actually managed to calm me down a little. I honestly cannot recommend this branch of Thrifty highly enough their level of customer service is second to none.

really happy with this place after being upgraded to a 4x4 from a golf cant complain. was very quick and no hassle charlotte was very helpful and friendly along with the other staff. would defiantly use again!
I have never made contact with a more unorganized and complicated set of individuals in my life. There are dozens of other more reputable and professional companies in Ashford I assure you. AVOID.
