It's a small but busy surgery. I found that admin staff at Hilton House Surgery always try their best to get an appointment as soon as possible. I like GPs here. Only issue is - they almost always late and once you get to see them, they in rush to see their next patient. But once again that is probably due to how much time NHS lets doctors to spend with their patients. Much better service than in any of the London's GP surgeries.
Absolutely useless. They have just cancelled my baby's immunisations for the second time meaning she'll be 3 weeks late by the time they give them to her. I've just moved here but WISH I had registered at Castle Hedingham surgery, which is what I'm going to do now.
Fantastic surgery. Kind and attentive doctors and staff. Excellent care received by my whole family.
Only lived in Sible past couple of years however have found the Doctors, Nurses, Receptionists here to meet my expectations as a practice. Given that fact that the Village is expanding, new house builds, the practice has had to absorb this without any apparent infrastructure/ staffing increase.I'm not looking anywhere else, that for sure.
Telephoned the surgery at 8.30 a.m., this morning. Chronic earache in both ears. Offered an appointment for one ear to be looked at in eight days time and the other ear two weeks' later................ In the process of finding a new GP.
