Great pizza, although not very hot when served. Good location, polite staff. Nice place to relax for some food and a drink midway through a busy London sightseeing trip.

We went as a group of 3 families to celebrate the New Year , with 7 hungry boys and 1 girl who all follow Jamies cuisine skills and like his food ( one family are half Swedish and travel around the world and love flavours!) The food sadly was lacking in flavour and my steak had to be sent back as it was cold and tasteless under a bed of rocket. The pasta dishes were over cooked and lacking in flavour and the kids had to order a main pizza off the menu as the kids pizzas were so small. We felt so sorry for the poor staff who looked incredibly stressed and overworked, in a very warm and noisey environment. As a single mum on a tight budget I felt really disappointed and sad for the team as the setting was idyllic. Please Jamie take note of this ... I am sure it can be turned around.

Absolutely poor service. I asked the bartender for a martini. She told me point blank no, I will not make it. She was willing to pour wine or open a bottle of beer. Other than that she couldn't be bothered with me. Great service Jamie!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our waiter Adonaj was brilliant. The food was delicious and well presented. The thing I really liked was the 2 size options they have for quite a few meals.I've chosen small super food salad and small seafood linguine. Both dishes full of flavour. We'll definitely come back when in neighbourhood again.

Jamie if you read these take note. You only got two stars because the starters and dessert were excellent. The main meals were bland, my chicken was pink cold and hard to cut into. I didn't want to complain (My wife's birthday treat) but she did. Was offered a free coffee that I didn't want. It's not the money it's the experience. I could have had a better meal at a Beefeater. Please take a look at your complaints, people are trying help you make the experience one that I'm sure you want for all your clients. Train your staff well enough that they can leave, treat them well enough that they don't. Customers will reap the benefit.
